2. Before you post your problem, please do a SEARCH on our support forum first (Choose for results from EZGenerator Tech Support forum only).
Determine the keywords of your problem (e.g. FTP, shop, update, ...) and use the search function of our forum to read the forum posts about this topic.
3. If you haven't found an answer by now, you can post your problem.
Please be sure to always include following information:
* Version Info: Trial or Full version + version number (check EZGenerator > help > version info)
* If your site is uploaded on the Internet: give full website or webpage URL
* Browser Info: give type and version of which web browser you use
* Internet Access info:
- specify your OS you use (WInXP, Win2K, ...)
- are you using a firewall?
- have you installed security software? If so which one...
- are you using a Proxy server?
* In case of Upload problems: specify your FTP settings (no need to include username/password, just the settings)
