Google Analytics
If you have a Google Analytics account, you can easily add the Google Analytics tracking code to your web page footer or header. It is just a question of copy/paste and do a rebuild of your web site and you are ready to measure how people find your site and navigate through it.
Google AdSense
AdSense is an ad-serving program run by Google. Website owners can enroll in this program enabling them to include text, image and, more recently, video advertisements on their sites.
These ads are administered by Google and generate revenue on either a per-click or per-thousand-impressions basis.

Google Checkout is an online payment processing service provided by Google and aimed at simplifying the process of paying for online purchases.
