File Menu

File menu allows you to manage your contact records and provides access to the Mass Mailer.

• New Project - Opens New Project Wizard that will guide you through the steps of creating new project.
• Manage Projects - Opens Manage Projects Dialog window that allows you to switch between projects, to delete, rename or duplicate existing projects, and also to open projects from an external folder.
• Save Project As - Allows you to save the current project as new project with different name on different location.
• Add Contact CTRL+N - Adds an empty contact record to the database. The new contact appears at the top of the list in the Explorer panel (tree mode only).
• Duplicate Contact - Select this command to duplicate the selected contact. The duplicated contact has the same contents as the original. If multiple contact records are selected (in list mode), only the last one is duplicated.
• Delete Contact CTRL+DEL - Deletes the selected contact record(s) from the database. You cannot restore a record once it has been deleted!
• E-Mail - Opens the Mass Mailer window. The Mass Mailer allows you to send a template-based e-mail to all contacts selected in the Explorer panel.
• E-Mail Designer - Switches to the E-Mail Designer where you can prepare e-mail templates that can be used later when e-mailing to people from your Contacts database. See E-Mail Designer for more information.
• Exit - Shuts down the EZGenerator application.

You can access these commands (except for Exit & E-Mail) by right-clicking in the Explorer view.
