Site Settings
This tab contains some generic settings for your website project:
Project URL
- Project URL (text
box)
- Type here the URL that you use to access your site in an Internet
Browser. EZGenerator will use this parameter to open your site in the
browser, and also to generate XML sitemap. This URL must begin with a protocol (such as http).
- Generate XML sitemap (check
box) - Check this box if you need an XML sitemap to be generated, along with the standard TXT sitemap. This box is checked by default. If you check this box make sure to fill in correct URL (see above).
Keywords, Description
- Language (combo
box) - You can define defferent Keywords and Description for each language in your site. Select a language from the combo box and set keywords and description. Repeat this for each language.
- Keywords (text
box) - Type here the keywords associated with your site. You can use
comma (",") as a word separator. The keywords
are used by some search engine sites to index your site in a certain category.
- Description (text
box) - Type here a short description of your site. The description
is used by most search engine sites as page description when your page appears
in the search results.
- Use Built-In Template Search (check
box) - Check this box if you want Site Search box to be displayed in template area (if applicable for current template).
- Search Strings (edit
boxes) - These are the labels that will be displayed in search result page (see Site Search). You can change or translate them in another language, or accept the default ones.

Global Settings
- Background (color picker) - Use this field if you want to define new background for your site, other than the default one for the template you have selected. Use Change button to open Page background window. You can set here either background color, or background image.
For the background image, use Bg-Repeat combo box to set how the specified background image is repeated. The repeat value will repeat the image both horizontally and vertically. The repeat-x value will repeat the image horizontally while the repeat-y value will repeat the image vertically. Use no-repeat value if you don't want the background image to be repeated. Use Background-Position combo box to set the initial position of the specified background image. Use Background-Attachment combo box to determine if the specified background image will scroll with the content or be fixed with regard to the canvas.
- TOP_DOC (advanced users only) (button) - EXPERTS ONLY! Use this button if you need to define script/code on top of the document. This extra code will be applied to all pages. In case you want to apply certain script/code in specific page only, use Insert HTML and include the code between <!--doc_top--><!--/doc_top-->.
- BODY (advanced users only) (button) - EXPERTS ONLY! Use this button if you need to add extra html code right before the end BODY tag. This extra code will be applied to all pages.
- META (advanced users only) (button) - EXPERTS ONLY! Use this button if you need to edit the metatags.
