Spell Checker

The Spell Checker pop-up appears when the tested text contains unrecognized words. EZGenerator provides spell checking in the Main Screen.

You can also activate the Spell Checker by right-clicking on a page in EDIT mode and selecting Extra > Spelling from menu.

The dialog suggests alternative spelling or words that are similar to the unrecognized word you have written. You can replace the text in question with a suggestion, replace it with a custom text or ignore the error in case you know the word is correct.

You can also add new words to the spell checker dictionary, so they are recognized in future.

Window Controls

In Dictionary(text box)- Contains the text to be replaced as it is written in the document.
Change To (text box) - Contains the text that will used to replace the underlined word. You can type a custom text to be used for the replacement.
Suggestions (list box) - Contains several suggestions similar to the unrecognized word. Select an item from the list to fill the Change To text box.
Change (button)- Click to replace all instances of the unrecognized word with the text in the Change To text box.
Change All (button) - Click to replace the current instance of the unrecognized word with the text in the Change To text box.
Add (button)- Click to add a word to the dictionary so it is recognized in future.
Suggest (button) - Click to populate the Suggestions list box with new suggestions for the unrecognized word.
Ignore (button) - Click to leave the current instance of the unrecognized word as it is written in the document.
Ignore All (button) - Click to leave all instances of the current unrecognized word as they are written in the document.
Cancel (button) - Click to abort the spell checking procedure.
