EZGenerator Web Editor has list and bullets feature included. As you know the bullets are used to create unordered list:

Adding list/bullets in EZGenerator is easy - along with the default lists (disk, number, letter and roman), a set of suitable bullet images is automatically generated for the Web Template you have selected.

To insert list/bullet:

Right-click in the place where you want to insert a bullet.
From the menu that appears, select the List and Bullets submenu.
The submenu displays all lists and bullets available in the current Web Template. You can select one of the default lists - disc, number, letter and roman, or one of the template dependent bullets, listed at the bottom of submenu.
Click on the list/bullet image you want to use.

To edit default list:

Right-click in the Web Editor and select List and Bullets.
From the submenu that appears, select Edit lists to open the List properties window.
Select list to edit from List name combo box.
Edit the Font size, if needed.
Edit the First Indent, Marker Indent and Left Indent, if needed, using the number spin boxes. Check the indent picture on the right of List properties window for reference on each indent meaning.
In Levels section you can set type and formatting for the default list levels. In the Types combo box you define type of list for each list level. You can define here up to four level types of list, but you can add more list levels on page, and the lists will be repeated. For example, for list type Letters you can set the second level to be Romans, the third level to be Decimal and the fourth to be Bullets. In Distance number spin box, you define distance between the different levels.
If you check the Css Styles checkbox, you will be able to define separate formatting for each level. You can set one general formatting in List Style tab, and separate formatting for each Level. The general formatting in List Style tab will be applied only in case certain level does not have its own formatting set.

For each list level you can set Padding and Margin, respectively - top, right, bottom and left. You can set Border formatting separately - top, right, bottom and left. For each border you can set border width, type and color. Use the Background property if you need to set background color or image for the list. Repeat property determines how the specified background image is repeated. The repeat value will repeat the image both horizontally and vertically. The repeat-x value will repeat the image horizontally while the repeat-y value will repeat the image vertically. Use no-repeat value if you don't want the background image to be repeated. Position property gives the initial position of the specified background image. Use Width property if you want to set specific width for the list.
Use Ok button when ready.
