TEXT FORMATTING

Text Formatting

Text and paragraph formatting are handled either directly (using the normal font controls), or with Styles that are applied to sections of text.

  • Normal formatting - To directly format text, highlight it and apply bold (), italic (), change font, font size and color () or alignment ().

  • Styles - To work with styles, highlight the text and apply one of the styles from the Text Styles drop-down menu (). A style defines text and hyperlink font, font size, color, background color, etc. EZGenerator comes with few predefined template text styles: Sub, Normal, L, XL, XXL, XXXL.

To add or modify a style, click on the small arrow () in the right bottom corner of Text Format area and select Manage Text Styles option to launch the Text Style window. The drop-down menu right under the text styles drop-down menu is the Paragraph Style, containing six heading types (H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6).

To add or modify paragraph style, click on the small arrow in the right bottom corner of Text Format area and select Manage Paragraph Styles option to launch the Paragraph Style window.

To add or modify bullet and list style, click on the small arrow in the right bottom corner of Text Format area and select Manage List Styles option to launch the List Style window.
