(update) online administration registration fields (mysql version only) is moved from ezgenerator project settings online

there are now more fields editing options available: possibility to add check box and list box fields, enable/disable require option for this fields and possibility to change order of fields

(update) lister/shop database update is not performed automatically anymore (after adding new fields to db), but there is update db button in shop online administration --> settings

(fix) shop/lister custom fields values cleared after fields update
